Jason and Bella Andrews are the driving force behind Fresno Epoxy Crew. After Jason’s 12 years in the U.S. Army—including two combat tours in Iraq as a Staff Sergeant and 12B Combat Engineer—the couple carried their commitment to excellence and service into building a business they could be proud of.
In 2009, they launched Intricate Coatings Inc. with a simple mission: deliver epoxy floors that combine lasting durability with unmatched attention to detail. Their proven expertise and leadership later expanded into developing a national network of coating professionals—designing training programs, refining systems, and helping other business owners succeed in the industry.
Today, Jason draws on that experience to guide and mentor coating professionals across the country, while remaining hands-on in Fresno. Bella leads the local team, ensuring every client’s project is handled with precision and a personal touch.
For them, every floor is more than a project—it’s a commitment to quality and a reflection of the trust their clients place in them.
